The ten-year insurance certificate

📘 Definition

Ten-year insurance is a type of insurance introduced by the law of January 4, 1978, and is often associated with «Damage insurance - work» (DO). These two insurances are described in the Spinetta law. It creates an insurance obligation:

• responsibility for the professional actors of the construction: craftsmen, construction company, intellectual professions of the building ;

• damage to building owners.
