Civil liability insurance – Provigis

📘 Definition

In law, civil liability is the legal obligation to repair damage caused to others. It concerns both individuals and professionals.

Concretely, your company can cause harm to a third party as part of its activity. The latter is the Professional Liability of your company.

The RC Pro insurance then covers your company by reimbursing the victim concerned all or part of the damage caused.

Insurer’s letterhead sheet.
Insurance present in its entirety (optional provided that the mandatory elements are present in the other slips)
Insurer signature and/or stamp (optional)

The mention "Environmental damage" for the insurance concerned.

The mention "Multirisk Transport" or "RCP Transport" for the insurance concerned.
