The CNAVPL manages the basic old age insurance scheme for the liberal professions and the reserves of this scheme.
Several organizations exist depending on the profession:Â

- CAVOM (ministerial officers, public officers and judicial companies)
- CARMF (Physicians)
- CARCDSF (dental surgeons and midwives)
- CAVP (pharmacists)
- CARPIMKO (nurses, physiotherapists, pedicures-podiatrists, speech therapists and orthoptists)
- CARPV (veterinarians)
- CAVAMAC (general insurance agents and non salaried agents of Insurance and Capitalisation)
- CAVEC (public accountants and auditors)
- CIPAV (architect, interior designer, construction economist, project manager, expert surveyor, consulting engineer, ski instructor, mountain guide, mountain guide, osteopath, psychologist, psychotherapist, occupational therapist, dietician, chiropractor, artist not creator of original works, car expert, expert before the courts, lecturer, legal agent for the protection of adults.)
