📘 Definition
CARSAT, social security bodies, continue to manage pensions, a mission delegated to them by the National Old Age Insurance Fund (CNAV) in their regions. They shall retain their tasks relating to health insurance. Finally, they maintain their role as a social insurer and prevention of occupational risks and they grant aid for the prevention of accidents at work and occupational diseases to companies with fewer than 50 employees.
Those who have more than 50 employees can have a CARSAT of less than 1 year, those who have less can not put either it puts a certificate on the honor that given their structure, they are not obliged to have this document.
