📘 Definition

The MASE certificate is a management system whose objective is the permanent and continuous improvement of the performance Safety Health Environment of companies. 

The aim is to ensure the sustainability of safety management systems through the periodic analysis of company results and the award of certification by the regional steering committee after an audit entrusted to a selected external body.

 

📄 Documents and checkpoints

- The company name

- The period of validity

- Heading sheet of the "MASE/UIC Common System Certificate".

- The licence number

- The signature of the President and the Head of the company

- Validity: 3 or 4 years

 

👉 Particular cases

  • COVID Measure

A certificate may be extended by one year if it is accompanied by a letter from the issuing body stating

 

  • The exception can be: if the certificate takes a long time to obtain, suppliers sometimes deposit a letter indicating that the procedure is underway or that they have just obtained certification. This document is considered valid.
