What is the Real Estate Transaction Card or Property Management Card? Also called T Card and G Card (for the french "Gestion immobilière"), these cards are necessary for the exercise of real estate transaction on real estate and goodwill and management in a professional capacity. These cards are issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
These cards are valid for 3 years.

👉 Particular cases
A Certificate of Honor can be put in place of the T CARD, when the holder of the Provigis account is an individual person who is under contract with a real estate agency.
In this case the certificate must be made in the name of the manager/ manager of the real estate agency by mentioning that the holder of the Provigis account is the holder of the T CARD by proxy.
