• We invite you to check that your documents are in the right format before uploading them to the platform.
• Handwritten documents are not accepted.

📄 Quality of documents

The processing of documents submitted to the Provigis platform requires that they are of good quality to be checked and validated.

To ensure that your documents are validated quickly, we encourage you to obtain electronic documents directly (PDF/A) from the various organisations issuing the requested documents (Infogreffe, URSSAF, etc.).

If you have scanned documents, we invite you to check that the settings of your scanner are set to optimal quality in PDF format.
