➡️ How was I added to PROVIGIS?
In most cases, the registration of your company in PROVIGIS and your user account are at the initiative of your/ yours customers. They can either register you manually or send us a list of establishments to make a mass registration.
The objective is to obtain the legal, regulatory or specific documents required as part of the management and compliance monitoring of third parties.
They also give us the contact they have so we can send notifications to update documents.
➡️ Who can see my supplier account?
Your customers listed in the "My customers" tab on your account.
➡️ Who can see my documents?
Your customers can see only your documents and more precisely the ones they collect.
➡️ Who can see my user information?
Your user information (surname, first name, email, function, phone and mobile phone) is only displayed for your customers if you are a reference for them.
➡️ Since customers can add contacts in my establishment, can they enter my PROVIGIS account?
Your customers cannot enter your account. Only users registered in your "My company" tab and then "administration" will have access to it. The "admin" role is required to access the "My company" tab.
➡️ If my customers adds a contact who is part of my company, but his rights are restricted, how can he update the documents?
If you have an "Admin" role and customers add other users, you will be automatically notified and you will receive a notification to change the rights of new users.
Be aware that if there are no users on the account, the first contact automatically becomes "Admin" to be able to add other users.
➡️ My company has multiple entities. Can users of another account sign in to my account?
No, users must be added to each entity where they can intervene and/or monitor their file.
➡️ Can you enable two-factor authentication on my institution?
Not yet, but it’s an ongoing subject. We will certainly have a process with sending a code by SMS, which we can activate on request.
➡️ Do you control the security of your application?
We are committed to always making sure our app is secure. But your customers are even more! They require regular audits by independent experts.
3 audits were conducted in 2019 and none revealed a security breach.
