Definition:
In order to facilitate exchanges between your establishment and your customers, you can deactivate document compliance reminders for one or more customers.
ATTENTION: It should be noted that this function does not allow you to free yourself from the provisions on the obligation of vigilance. The objective is to allow you to control your file and to simplify communication with your client.
Your client will decide either to leave your account in standby, to delete your establishment from its vigilance monitoring or to reactivate the vigilance monitoring of your establishment by giving you the reason.
Procedure:
From your dashboard, you must select the customer for whom you wish to suspend reminders:
Then you must select the communication envelope:
Then you select the reason for the standby and validate
Once the request has been sent, you will find the customers on standby in the 'My customers' / 'Customers on standby' tab
Your customer will be notified and can leave your file on standby (not dunned for the documents it collects), delete your file or reactivate the dunning by giving you the reason.
