PROVIGIS automatic notifications are not marketing communications.
This is a common question, and there is a very good reason for it.
PROVIGIS automatic notifications are not marketing notifications.
If you are in PROVIGIS, and you have not chosen to be, it is because you are followed as a SUPPLIER by one of your customers. In this case, you will receive two types of reminders every week:
- one to activate your user account ;
- one to bring the documents into compliance.
And you cannot unsubscribe from these notifications, because there is a legal purpose behind it. Not for PROVIGIS, but for your customers!
They are subject to rules in the fight against undeclared work. PROVIGIS is a tool that helps them monitor their suppliers and obtain documents covering the obligation of vigilance, but also documents related to the various internal management rules, necessary for the contractualisation between you and them.
It would therefore be inappropriate for you to be able, with one click, to avoid these obligations (towards your customers, not PROVIGIS) because these reminders bother you. The best way to stop receiving them is to comply...
๐ That's very nice, but I don't know the customer(s) I'm being reminded about!
It happens that your clients' contracts are signed by the parent companies, the Groups, and that the names of the clients on your dashboard or in the reminders are unknown to you. Do not hesitate to open a ticket so that we can answer these questions.
๐ But who gave you my email?
Your customer has contacts for his SUPPLIERS, which he fills in himself or which he provides to us in the context of a mass import of his suppliers. Each contact becomes a user of the SUPPLIER establishment.
๐ But I have no access to the requested documents!
In the SUPPLIER's account, there is a user management. If you were the first user, you are an administrator. You can add users, re-generate passwords. If you are not an administrator, we can help you. Once logged in, make a support request, it's free, and we can guide you.
๐ What if I no longer work with the client who is requesting documents from me?
We have put in place tools that allow you to suspend reminders in certain cases. Just ask support, and we can put you on standby. You will no longer be dunned for this customer. The customer will be able to see these cases and contact you or remove you from their list of suppliers.
๐ I want you to remove my establishment and my user account!
You have the right to request the removal of your account. And PROVIGIS will not object. It is important to bear in mind that
- a client who can no longer comply with the rules imposed by the state may decide not to enter into a contract with you and no longer provide you with services;
- that once we have deregistered you, no client will be able to follow you in PROVIGIS;
that the duty of care prevails over the RGPD and that we will keep the documents you have already uploaded for the legal period.
To request the removal of your account, you can use the Support button within your Provigis account or our support form available at this address
