⚠︎ If the first 9 digits of your new SIRET are totally different from your old SIRET please contact the support ⚠︎
In order for your customers to be able to follow you under the correct SIRET number, you can now perform an establishment transfer from your account.
Only users with an "administrator" role can make this change.
To do so, click on the "my company" tab and then on the "Transfer of follow-up" section:
Check the "select all" box or check the customer for whom you wish to perform the facility transfer :
Once you have selected the customer(s), click on the drop-down field "Select the entity to which to transfer the customers":
⚠︎ If you cannot find the desired establishment to transfer to, you must contact your clients to have them manually add the correct SIRET ⚠︎
Finally, click on "request transfer":
Once the transfer request is done, a notification is displayed next to the company name of your client(s):
