In law, civil liability is the legal obligation to repair damage caused to others.
It concerns both private individuals and professionals.
In concrete terms, your company may cause damage to a third party in the course of its business. This is covered by your company's Professional Civil Liability.
The professional liability insurance covers your company by reimbursing the victim concerned for all or part of the damage caused.
