In concrete terms, your company may cause damage to a third party in the course of its business. This is covered by your company's Professional Civil Liability.
The professional liability insurance covers your company by reimbursing the victim concerned for all or part of the damage caused.

- Lawyer case
We also accept "Barreau d'avocats" insurance, it must be mentioned "Professional Liability" or "Professional Civil Liability", the period of cover and the signature. It is also accepted that it is dated in the current year if it is marked 2021, you put "Document End Date" = 31/12/2021.
An acceptance on their own account is valid for lawyers.
- Bailiff case
We also accept "Bailiffs" insurances, it must be mentioned "Professional Liability" or "Professional Civil Liability", the period of coverage and the signature. We also accept that it is dated on the current year if it is marked 2021, you put "Date of end of the document" = 31/12/2021.
- Freelance.com case
We accept PII certificates made by Freelance.com and they are only valid for the year 2022. The date to be indicated for the document is 01/01/2022. Of course, the document must be issued in 2022.
