If you are a French supplier, please go on www.provigis.com website and click on "Se connecter" as below only if your account isn't created yet :
1) If you need, you can change the language by clicking on the French flag on the top of the connection page
2) fill in your email
3) Click on next and follow the process to create your account. If you're email address is already saved, please, click on "mot de passe oublié/password lost".
For any connection, you have to go on https://app.provigis.com/login. Your mail address will be your login and your password is the one you have saved when you have created your account.
If you don't remember of your password, please click on "mot de passe oublié/password lost" on this page. You'll receive a password reset email. Sometimes this email can be in your spams.
If you don't receive a reset password email, please contact our support by go on www.provigis.com and click on the interrogation point at the top of our website.
***FOR BUYERS***
If you are a buyer, go on https://app.provigis.com/login to be connected to your account. Your mail address will be your login.
