I have forgotten or lost my password

In case you have forgotten or lost your password, once on  , you click on “Password Lost” which is written in blue, as illustrated below.




You will be directed to another page (as shown below) where you should enter the email address with which you registered on Provigis and click on “Envoyer”.




An email will be sent to this email address to verify that you are the owner of the account. You will need to click on the link provided in the email which will direct you to the page where you will create a new password.


You still have difficulties?

  • Provigis is telling me my email address doesn't exist...? Make sure you have entered the correct email address on Provigis; Make sure you have an account on Provigis. If you do, please send us an email to and our teams will help you find your login IDs.
  • I haven't received my email...? 10 minutes, more or less, can be expected between the validation and the sending of the email. Beyond 10 minutes, please check that the email hasn't been stored in your spams/Junk mails.
  • I have accomplished the whole process but I still cannot log into my account...? Please contact us at, our team  will help you as soon as possible.
